Planting seeds and Dragon Fruit

This week, school children who visited Little Sprouts Kitchen Garden saw, held and smelled a Dragon Fruit. They then tasted it, identified the seeds, and saw seedlings from a Dragon Fruit which had germinated and were growing into Dragon Fruit Trees.

The worms in the worm farm got to taste Dragon Fruit for the first time too.

It has been a very exciting week in the Little Sprouts Kitchen Garden for people and animals!
