Come sit with Elaine on Country. Learn and develop the life skills of weaving, as Elaine's grandmothers did.

Elaine is Kaurna, Elaine comes from 2,500 generations of Grandmothers who have protected and nurtured family, community and country, Elaine honours them by learning their lessons.

Elaine loves to create an environment where people feel comfortable and relaxed. Where conversations and cultural stories are shared.

You will learn how to add material, change thread, build a three dimensional shape and finish off your woven piece.

Leave knowing you have a new life skill that brings you peace and joy, and maybe leave with having made a new friend.

Your woven item will always hold memories to this time, place, conversation, positive emotion and well being, all of these will be woven into your piece subconsciously with every stitch.
