Autumn colours in Adelaide

Autumn colours in Adelaide

As the season changes to autumn (Parnati on the Kaurna calendar) in Adelaide Botanic Garden, trees originally from cooler climates turn into beautiful shades of gold and red.

Crunch falling Plane Trees leaves on the lawns either side of Ficus walk, see the Ginkgos near the Friends Gate or head to the Main Lake for picture-perfect scenes.

A stroll through the Garden will reveal other colourful scenes thanks to liquidambers, persimmon trees, crepe myrtles and more.
