Where: Mount Lofty Botanic Garden
Come and enjoy the beautiful Mounty Lofty Botanic Garden for the annual autumn show- when the cool-climate trees transform into a panorama of scarlets, yellows and bronzes.
To help soak in the beautiful sights, various activities will be on offer in May:
- A limited number of additional weekend car parks* will be available from the lower entrance of the garden off Lampert Road. Car parks are also available at the Upper Entrance of the Garden.
For visitors requiring special access or with mobility needs, please use the accessible parking or drop-off zone in the Lower Car Park off Lampert Road. You can also use the drop-off zone if you have a stroller or a lot of picnic gear to carry.
- Pop-up coffee van – Mt. Lofty House pop-up coffee van will be set up in the Lower Car park on weekends selling coffee, cakes, sandwiches, water and soft drinks. This includes Good Friday and Easter Monday.
- Guided Walks- Free guided tours are available every Thursday departing at 10.30am from the Lower Car Park.

- Plant Sale- Sunday 26 May from 10:30am to 2:30pm at the Nursery. Access the Nursery via the Lower Carpark (enter off Lampert Road) and follow the signs.
The plants are grown from seeds and cuttings collected from the three Botanic Gardens (Adelaide, Mount Lofty and Wittunga) and are grown at Mount Lofty's Nursery by the Friends Growing Group. For more information, visit the Friends of the Botanic Gardens.
Please note that a new drinking fountain can be found near the Chris Steele Scott Pavilion close to the Lower Carpark.
