Take your plant propagation skills to the next level with the Advanced Plant Propagation Masterclass. Techniques covered will move on from general seed propagating and stem cuttings to include:
- Leaf cutting: some plants can be regenerated from both roots and shoots from part of or whole leaves and these techniques will be investigated and practiced.
- Root cutting: some plants, ones that naturally produce shoots or suckers from the roots, can be propagated by this technique and this method will be carried out on the day
- Grafting and budding: involves joining two separate plants so they can function as one, creating a strong, healthy plant that has characteristics of both plants. Several methods will be explored in this masterclass.
This Masterclass is an extension of the Masterclass: Plant Propagation Principles and Practices, but is not a pre-requisite. For more information, download the flyer.
