Join resident Horticultural Therapist, Emma Lewellyn, to learn the restorative well-being practice of nature journaling as part of Wellness Wander.

Our practicing Horticultural Therapist Emma will take you on an intimate and calming workshop which explores the gentle art of contemplation, observation and recording in natural spaces.

The workshop begins with a talk which delves into the purpose of writing as a mindful practice, the context of environment and climate, and the ways that observations and mindfulness can be recorded.

A meditative walk around the peaceful, beautiful garden will follow for participants to look, touch, smell and collect natural and botanical treasured before morning of afternoon tea. The second half of the workshop focuses on the applied and personal practice of nature journaling.
