Looking to conduct a public event at a Botanic Garden such as a community activity, concert, theatre performance, art or nature-based event?
Please complete the online application form and then email us at BGSHevents@sa.gov.au to begin the application process. We can discuss site availability, logistics, requirements and regulations that help protect the botanical collections and enhance the visitor experience.
Please note that all events incur site hire fees, and that at least six weeks’ notice is required for all event applications.

Goodman Building
Choose from two meeting spaces in the beautiful heritage-listed Goodman Building, once the head office of Adelaide's extensive tram network, and now the Botanic Gardens and State Herbarium admin building.

Noel Lothian Hall and Rose Garden Pavilion
The Noel Lothian Hall and Rose Garden Pavilion are managed by our exclusive on-site catering and event partner, Blanco Horner.
The Noel Lothian Hall is a fully equipped indoor venue, accommodating up to 100 people lecture style seating or cocktail service, or 50 seated. Adjacent to a lush lawn and with views over the iconic Bicentennial Conservatory, the space and can be used for a range of events from lectures and corporate functions to private parties and more!

Looking for the perfect place to hold your corporate gala dinner and cocktail party through the warmer months? The Rose Garden Marquee is a fully set and exclusive venue, seating 200 for dining or up to 400 for cocktail events. Overlooking the award-winning International Rose Garden, the Rose Garden Pavilion is available from September - April.
