Housed in a unique heritage building, the restaurant features an intimate dining concept with an open kitchen that allows diners to experience a 'chef’s table' setting. 

At the helm is nationally acclaimed Executive Chef Jamie Musgrave, who brings a wealth of expertise and a diverse Rolodex of native botanicals and rare ingredients. 

Jamie's extensive culinary background, shaped by years of experience both across Australia and internationally, underpins the restaurant’s commitment to showcasing Australia's rich and varied landscape through its cuisine. His philosophy is clear and resonates throughout Restaurant Botanic:
