Making floral crowns is a fun, easy and mindful garden activity to get your children connected to their local environments.

Crafting floral crowns is a perfect activity for all weather, including rainy or hot days.

This workshop will guide children to mindfully observe plants and celebrate each of the different seasons.

Children will take away their own handcrafted floral crown which can be later dried as a keepsake, or composted.

There is an outdoor component to this workshop so please dress accordingly to the weather conditions on the day.

Location: Goodman Building Lecture Theatre, Adelaide Botanic Garden (C6 on the map)

Recommended for children ages 5+

Please note:

  • All children must be accompanied by an adult / caregiver throughout this event.
  • There is an outdoor component to this workshop so please dress accordingly to the weather conditions on the day.
