Your session with Lucy from Sea Star Rock will combine vocal health, spoken word, nature-inspired creativity, and practical ideas for embedding music, drama, and storytelling into the outdoor classroom. Build literacy and oracy through meaningful vocal exploration and learn ways to make text-based learning active, embodied, and fun.
This Professional Development session will give you the tools to:
· Take your learners into nature and explore different ways to find a connection to their environment
· Feel confident using your voice effectively and sustainably
· Have a toolkit of fun, adaptable activities for immediate use
· Be equipped to foster creativity, confidence and wellbeing in your students through voice
Light morning tea and a certificate for 4.5 hours of Professional Development will be provided.
