Are you ready to brew your own tea all in the name of personal wellbeing?

Join us for an intimate and mindful workshop to learn how to make your own botanical tea blends.

As part of this calming botanical tea-blending workshop, you'll be led on a gentle stroll through Adelaide Botanic Garden to explore, touch and smell a range of plants which can be used to make tea.

You'll then be guided through a Tea Ritual where Emma will share how different types of teas can be made for seasonal uses, for pleasure and for social connections.

Create your own personalised tea blend from a range of botanicals that have been harvested from the Gardens to sample and take away.

Light morning refreshments, a tea container, wooden spoon and your take home tea blend are included in the price.

There will be an outdoor component of this workshop, so please dress accordingly to the weather conditions on the day.

Nature-based wellbeing at the Botanic Gardens and State Herbarium are unforgettable experiences for the soul and senses, and will equip you with life-long skills to nourish your wellbeing and relationship with nature.
