Step behind the lens and into the wild with 100 jaw-dropping images that capture nature at its most dramatic, beautiful and raw.


Returning to Adelaide Botanic Garden this spring and summer, the world-celebrated Wildlife Photographer of the Year exhibition is on tour from the Natural History Museum in London, with its 60th collection of extraordinary images.

Nestled inside the lush green setting of the Bicentennial Conservatory, the exhibition features 100 exceptional photographs that capture fascinating animal behaviour, spectacular species and the breathtaking diversity of the natural world.  

Using photography's unique emotive power to engage and inspire audiences, the images shine a light on stories and species around the world and encourage a future of advocating for the planet. 

An exciting accompanying program of activities, will be announced soon.
 

Event details

Location: Bicentennial Conservatory, Adelaide Botanic Garden (reference B5 on the map)  

Dates: 26 September 2025 - 1 February 2026

Times: Open daily from 10:00am until 4:00pm (closed 25 December).  

Tickets: $12 for adults, $10 for students and concession card holders, free entry for children 12 years and younger. 

Season pass: Attend as many times as you like through the season for $25!

Heat Policy

Please note that the Bicentennial Conservatory will close at 2pm on days when the weather is forecast to reach 36 degrees Centigrade, for the safety of visitors, staff and volunteers. When the forecast temperature is 40 degrees or higher the Bicentennial Conservatory will not open all day.
