Do you want to engage your students with fun techniques in the classroom and educate by stealth?

Learn more about gamification and practise the methods and tools that can be used to engage students in problem-solving, creativity, communication and collaboration - all while having fun!

This workshop will help you align gamification pedagogy to Australian Curriculum outcomes and give you practical tips and hands-on experiences to get started in your classroom.

Our presenters will explain their approach to gamification, give you a taste of gamified experiences, and demonstrate how this may apply in the classroom.

Hear from the educators at the History Trust of South Australia, Botanic Gardens and State Herbarium, and Makers Empire in this 5 hour long professional development workshop suitable for educators of years 2-10.

A certificate recognising 5 professional development hours is given upon completion.

Please note that while morning tea will be provided, lunch is not. However, there are many cafes nearby (Kiosk Cafe, Fibonacci Cafe, Community Cafe on North Terrace, Fix Cafe in College Park).
