By joining as a member of the Adelaide Botanic Gardens Foundation, you become part of an enduring supporter base that values the importance of plants and sustainable living.

Membership enables you to develop a meaningful relationship with the Gardens and State Herbarium, and other like-minded individuals through exclusive events, benefits and unique experiences.

Your tax-deductible annual membership fee directly supports our projects and enables us to ambitiously plan for the future.

Member Benefits include:

  • Acknowledgment as a Foundation Member within our three estates – Adelaide, Mount Lofty and Wittunga, as well as on our website and printed materials.

  • Invitations for you and a guest to exclusive Member events including exhibition openings at the Santos Museum of Economic Botany and concerts in Botanic Park.

  • Opportunities to engage with the Botanic Gardens and State Herbarium Director along with expert curators, scientists and horticultural staff.

Membership fees:

The Foundation currently offers two levels of annual membership:

  • Member $500 per year

  • Benefactor $1500 per year

Membership fees are tax deductible except for a non-tax deductible administrative fee of $50 per payment. The minimum membership period is one year. To maximise your tax deduction and help us plan ahead, you have the option of paying upfront for a two or three year period.
