Corpse Flower bloom begins ahead of stinky display

The foul-smelling Corpse Flower has opened its limited but stinky bloom as thousands of visitors are expected to flock to Adelaide Botanic Garden.
Closure notice: Mount Lofty and Wittunga Botanic Gardens both closed on Friday 20 December 2019.

CLOSURE NOTICE:
In the interest of public safety, the Department for Environment and Water will close both Mount Lofty Botanic Garden and Wittunga Botanic Garden to the public on Friday 20 December 2019. This is due to the catastrophic fire danger rating in the Mount Lofty Ranges.
