Love Notes in Adelaide Botanic Garden

Want to do something different on Valentine’s Day? You’re invited to leave an expression of love in the International Rose Garden, at Adelaide Botanic Garden.
Write and share an anonymous love note to display, and dedicate a rose to your valentine with a personalised helium balloon. Make a public declaration of your love!
Participants can enter the draw to win a double pass to Moonlight Cinema’s Valentine’s Day screening of Breakfast at Tiffany’s, and a voucher for the Botanic Garden’s Restaurant.
Make a day of it with a picnic in the Garden, or just come along for a short time, before heading to your date.
It’s free to take part and all materials will be provided on the day. All welcome, share the love…
Picnic hampers are available for purchase from the Botanic Gardens Restaurant. Book online, or feel free to bring your own.

Two of South Australia’s iconic cultural and arts institutions are joining forces in the lead-up to the Australian premiere of the exclusive international glass-art event, Chihuly in the Botanic Garden, opening at Adelaide Botanic Garden in September 2024. Adelaide’s world class Garden and its craft and design icon, JamFactory, have announced a partnership to foster the growth of local glass-art talent.
