Car park ticket machine instructions

How do you use our car parking ticket machines?

1. Tap on the screen
2. Type your vehicle registration number plate into the machine when prompted
3. Select the time you would like to park for using the slider
4. Pay for the car park using your credit/debit card

How do you get a receipt / tax invoice?

Once you have completed your payment, you can access your receipt one of two ways:

1) Visit the myparkingticket.com website

• Make a note/take a photo of your receipt code displayed on the ticket machine screen.
• Visit this website where you can enter your code to download your invoice electronically.

2) Use the QR code

• Use the camera app on your phone to scan the QR code that is displayed on the screen.
• Click on the weblink that is displayed on your phone.
• This will bring up the invoice on your phone.

Please note that the QR code option may require you to allow pop-ups on your phone. See below for instructions.

How do you allow pop-ups on your phone?

Apple phones

1. Click on Settings
2. Click on the Safari icon
3. Click on Block pop-ups (make sure the toggle switch is off)

Android phones

1. Open the Internet App
2. Click on the 3 lines icon (bottom right hand side)
3. Click on Settings
4. Click on Browsing privacy dashboard
5. Click on Block pop-ups (make sure the toggle switch is off)
