Wetland Water Scientific Analysis copy

*NB Please note that in Terms 1 & 4, the program will not be available if water levels in the wetlands are too low.

Students will investigate the effectiveness of Adelaide Botanic Garden's First Creek Wetland as a means of water purification and recycling.

Using specialised equipment, students will observe, analyse and record the functionality of the wetland as a water filtering system and cleaning process.

Workshops are available for Year 6 to 9 students

Duration: 60 minutes

Cost: $7.50 per student (min $150 per session), Department for Education Category 1-4 students – Disadvantaged rate of $5.50/student (min $110 per session)
